新工科建設中實施課程思政的理論與實踐--[在線閱讀]

摘要
在推動制造業高質量發展的國家戰略下,新工科建設應運而生。同時在培養“全面發展的人”和彰顯高等教育“中國特色”的形勢下,課程思政改革正在如火如荼地進行中,新工科建設必須把課程思政建設作為重要基礎性工作。在新工科建設框架下實施課程思政改革,需要注重兩大方面的內容:一方面,新工科建設亟需基于國家戰略構建面向未來、滿足產業需求的工程學科和專業,培養創新型復合人才;另一方面,課程思政融入高等教育改革,亟需構建新工科建設的中國理論體系,賦予新工科建設“中國特色”。新工科建設與課程思政統一于高等教育的供給側改革,并共同服務于制造業高質量發展的國家戰略。新工科建設中推進課程思政需要從培養目標的設定、課程體系的設置、課程內容的建設、教學方式的改革以及教學評價的標準等方面統籌實施。

Theory and Practice of Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses in New Engineering Education

Abstract:
Under the national strategy of high-quality development of manufacturing industry, “New Engineering Education” emerges. Meanwhile, to cultivate fully-developed people and highlight “Chinese characteristics” in higher education, the ideological and political reform of curriculum is in full swing. We must make Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses a fundamental work in New Engineering Education. The reform includes two aspects: on the one hand, it is urgent to build future-oriented engineering disciplines and programs based on national strategies to meet industrial needs, and cultivate innovative inter-disciplinary talents; on the other hand, it is also urgent to build a Chinese theoretical system so that New Engineering Education takes on “Chinese characteristics.” New Engineering Education and Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses are unified in the supply-side reform of higher education, and jointly serve the national strategy of high-quality development of manufacturing industry. To promote Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses in New Engineering Education, it is necessary to implement it in such aspects as setting training objectives, setting curriculum system, building curriculum content, reforming teaching methods and teaching evaluation standards.
