摘要
目前,在京津冀協同發展的戰略指導下,京津冀三地要協同發展教育、醫療衛生、養老等社會事業。這些社會事業的協同發展將需要大量高素質復合型應用人才的支撐。在京津冀協同發展中,河北省有自己新的區域功能和定位。高職院校在應用型人才培養中有自己的優勢,在協同發展中有自己的光榮使命,但同時也面臨著一系列新的挑戰。高職英語教學在協同發展戰略規劃中也有自己的新的使命和挑戰。高職院校銳意改革,謀求發展與壯大,高職英語教師需要不負歷史使命的重托,全方位提高自己的綜合素質。

Measures for Improving the Professional Quality of English Teachers in Vocational Colleges in Hebei Province—A Perspective of Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

Abstract:
At present, under the strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei should coordinate the development of social undertakings such as education, medical care and old-age care. The coordinated development of these social undertakings requires the support of a large number of high-quality application-oriented inter-disciplinary talents. In the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Hebei has its own new regional function and position. Vocational colleges have their own advantages in the training of application-oriented talents and have their own missions in the coordinated development, but they also face a series of new challenges. English teaching in vocational colleges has its new missions and challenges in the strategic planning of coordinated development. Vocational colleges are keen on reform, seeking development and growth. English teachers in vocational colleges live up to their historical missions and improve their comprehensive quality in all aspects.
